Generally one-year warranty for freezer, and three-years warranty for compressor.
We provide 1% free spare parts ship together with container for each order.
It is convenience to replace when some parts broken. If the freezer have the problem in one year, send the picture to us to confirm. If the freezer can be repaired by replacing the spare parts, we will provide the spare parts to you for free. If it doesn’t work, please check with your local repairman and inform us the repair cost, we will bear the reasonable repair cost.
